TEMPERATURE EXPOSURE

• Service Temperature Range: -40ºC to 90ºC
• Recommended Application Temp: 15ºC (59ºF) or more
• Storage Conditions: from -10ºC to 40ºC (15ºF to 104ºF) and from 30% to 80% RH

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE

• (Applied to glass sheet and immersed for 10 min, after that, left for 30 min. repeated 5 times.)

UV LIGHT RESISTANCE

• Applied to stainless steel plate, then irradiate 40W/m2, B.P.T. 63ºC and 50% RH. for 390 hr. in Super Xenon Weather Meter (SUGA SX75) - no visible effect. No peeling, cracking, discoloration, or printing/text removal.

WEATHER RESISTANCE

Using metaling weather simulator machine (SUGA M6T), no visible effects on material after 1000 hours test with repeating the following conditions.

• Irradiation for 8 hours: 0.72kW/m2 Irradiance, B.P.T 83ºC (181.4ºF) and 50% RH
• Water spray for 10 seconds
• Dark with condensation for 4 hours: 20ºC (68ºF) and 50%

RH ABRASION RESISTANCE

• 50 cycles of 500gf pressure by copper coin: no visible effect 50 cycles on 2kgf pressure by plastic eraser: no visible effect.
