Shipping

All items in stock are dispatched within 1 business day dependent upon when your order is received. If by chance you have an urgent order, please contact us prior to purchase to check delivery times and stock level in order to avoid disappointment. If your item is out of stock at the timeof purchase your item will be automatically back ordered for you. We will contact you to you of anticipated delivery times. Delivery is normally estimated from 7 to 15 business days. International orders please allow up to 28 working days for delivery. In the unusual event that we are unable to supply your order we will advise you as soon as possible allowing you the opportunity to change your order.


International Shipping
 
Mitchell Instrument Company does offer International customers the ability to purchase most of the products we sell.  All international orders are sold Ex-Works and require the customer to provide a collect shipping account or use a freight forwarder of your choosing.  All International orders must be prepaid via wire transfer, we do not accept internatinal credit cards at this time.


Payment Options

Credit Card - Mitchell Instrument Company curently accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express as payment options at this time.

N30 Purchase Order - Approved accounts will have the ability to place orders using a PO

Prepayment - Company Check, Cachiers Check or Wire Transfer payments

Return Policy

Mitchell Instrument Company makes customer satisfaction our biggest priority.  If your purchase from Mitchell Instrument Co. does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to resolve the problem. Standard stock items can be returned within 30 days of your receipt but must be in original (like new) condition with original packaging in order to qualify for a full refund.  Special order items and items with dated calibration may be subject to a restock fee or retest fee.  ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A VALID RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER THAT WILL BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO THE RETURN.


Can I Cancel Items or Change the Order Quantity?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible.  Made to order or custom products are not cancelable once the order has been processed.


How Can I Track and Order Once It Is Shipped?

Once the order has shipped, you will received a tracking number automatically from our shipping dept.  If the item is a drop ship from our vendor, we will do our best to forward that tracking number once we have received it.
