An electrical hazard such as Arc Flash can be devastating. In a fration of a second, Arc Flash generates a wave of intense radiant heat that can ignite, melt, or break open a worker's clothing, causing severe and sometimes fatal burns. Wearing the right Arc Flash personal protective equipment will minimize or prevent skin burns, while providing all four categoires of NFPA 70E protection.
All standard Arc Flash clothing are manufactured to ASTM 1506-98 and complies with both OSHA 1910.269 and the current NFPA 70E.
Adding to your electrical supply are the Class 00 rubber gloves, which offer a high level of comfort and flexibility. Incorpotating high dielectric and physical strength, all gloves exceed ASTM D120. When doing electrical work, the Max Voltage usage on Class 00 gloves is 500v.
