- Dual-range voltmeter and five-range ammeter with 0-1µA low scale setting & 10nA resolution for leakage current measurements
- Full-wave rectified bridge circuit, with DC ripple < 2.5% RMS
- Built-in HV discharge solenoid/ resistors... 7.5kJ for post-test internal shorting
- Rugged industrial case with cushion grip handles
